The power supply line must be a line, and temporary power supply shall not be used for a long time.
3. If abnormal noise, serious heating of motor, electrified shell, switch tripping and failure to start are found during operation of fan, shut down the fan immediately for inspection. In order to ensure safety, maintenance is not allowed during fan operation. After maintenance, test run should be carried out for about five minutes to confirm that there is no abnormal phenomenon before starting operation.
4. According to the use of environmental conditions, supplement or replace lubricating grease for bearings from time to time (motor closed bearings do not need to replace lubricating grease during service life). In order to ensure good lubrication during operation of the fan, the number of times of oiling shall not be less than 1000 hours/time. Seal bearings and motor bearings, and fill 2/3 of the inner and outer rings of bearings with ZL3 lithium base lubricating grease. It is forbidden to operate without oil.
5. Fans should be stored in a dry environment to avoid moisture. Rainproof measures shall be taken when the fan is stored in the open air. In the process of storage and handling, the fan should be prevented from bumping, so as to avoid damage to the fan.
